What to Bring for OPD
- A valid ID (Aadhaar or similar)
- Any previous medical reports, scans, or prescriptions relevant to your visit
- Insurance card or PMJAY card, if applicable
- A list of current medications you're taking
Planned Admission Process
- Your doctor recommends admission and shares expected procedure/stay details.
- Visit the admission desk with ID, insurance/PMJAY documentation, and doctor's advice.
- Room category is confirmed based on availability and your preference.
- Pre-admission tests are completed if not already done.
- You're admitted to your assigned bed/room.
What to Bring for Admission
- ID proof and insurance/PMJAY card
- All previous medical records related to your condition
- Personal toiletries and comfortable clothing
- A list of current medications
- A family member's contact number for updates
