What to Bring for OPD

  • A valid ID (Aadhaar or similar)
  • Any previous medical reports, scans, or prescriptions relevant to your visit
  • Insurance card or PMJAY card, if applicable
  • A list of current medications you're taking

Planned Admission Process

  1. Your doctor recommends admission and shares expected procedure/stay details.
  2. Visit the admission desk with ID, insurance/PMJAY documentation, and doctor's advice.
  3. Room category is confirmed based on availability and your preference.
  4. Pre-admission tests are completed if not already done.
  5. You're admitted to your assigned bed/room.

What to Bring for Admission

  • ID proof and insurance/PMJAY card
  • All previous medical records related to your condition
  • Personal toiletries and comfortable clothing
  • A list of current medications
  • A family member's contact number for updates
